From service to systems

Military service shaped Heath’s approach to responsibility, preparation, adaptability, and leadership. A later education in integrated multimedia connected that discipline to design, technology, filmmaking, and business.

That combination became HG Design+, a multidisciplinary digital practice serving organizations nationwide. The agency’s work has grown beyond websites into platforms, applications, brand systems, commerce, SEO, CRM, and the operational infrastructure behind the public experience.

TribeLife is Heath’s founder-led response to a simple cultural problem: people have never had more ways to connect and still struggle to find genuine relationships, trusted places, and meaningful reasons to participate in the world around them.

The platform is being designed to connect community, local discovery, real-world experiences, membership value, and human legacy in one intentional ecosystem.
